From Indiana Jones to Drunkass to Ray Mears, you can already tell that a tour with Brett is sure to be a good time! There's nothing this man won't do to entertain his crew, from catching soldier crabs in handfuls, to charming some of Fraser Island's famous wildlife, especially snakes! Whatever the weather and whatever the wonders you may see, Brett will guarantee you receive absolute golden standup comedy. It may take a few minutes to understand the way his mind works, but when you do you will undercover some authentic Australian humor!

We always wonder how anyone on Fraser Island could know more about its nature and history than Jake! With his wild curly blond hair and enthusiasm for the island, you'd think he's lived here for his whole life! A slightly eccentric character, Jake is known for his entertaining tales and passion for K'Gari. His love for the island really shows and his groups will always say that he played a huge role in helping them to open their eyes even further to the island's extreme natural beauty. Jake is not only an amazing tour guide, he's a surfer, a blogger, a photographer and a botanist! One of a kind and an amazing addition to our team!

Hey Pete, where's your ball? Known to be Trailblazers sports enthusiast and party legend, his tours are often perfect for those who love to keep moving! He'll be your wing man as you jump of massive sand dunes, your dance partner at the local pub, your best mate over some beer and a comedian behind the wheel. Pete offers a great experience for the 18-30 backpacker group and large groups are his specialty! Get ready to have a group game of football on the beach at sunset and light a giant fire afterwards with a cold beer!

Poor Hana, having to act as ‘mom' to a bunch of men who are set loose daily with sweet 4WD vehicles on a wild sand island with people who wanna have FUN!!!……. Chances are you will see the elusive Hana during a stay with us, but probably just as she races by in her headset! Or she might be out fixing the generator, or maybe she's in the office, or maybe she's gone to do a dump run? Wherever she may be, she's busy making sure everything falls to place behind the scenes! The boys may call her Mother Goose, but she knows how to get the job done and we all love her for it!

This place just wouldn't be the same without our dedicated team of volunteers! From all corners of the world, backpackers come and stay with us for a few weeks or months during their travels so they can leave their footprint on Fraser Island! We have been lucky to meet some really great people and have a blast with them while they are here. They are the ones who make your meals for you, clean your rooms and set the atmosphere at night! It's always a sad day when a volunteer who has joined the family decides it's time to say goodbye!
