Can I be dropped off at Rainbow Beach? Even if I was collected from Noosa?
You are welcome to be dropped off anywhere in Noosa or Rainbow Beach regardless of where you were picked up. This is part of the service, and we will deliver you direct to your accommodation in Noosa or Rainbow Beach.

Do you cater for any special dietary requirements?
We like to keep our guests happy and healthy at all times! We offer alternative food items for those that suffer from wheat, gluten or dairy intolerance and cater to vegetarian and vegan requirements. We also give you a chance to pick up some extra snacks on the way, or you can feel free to bring your own!
Is alcohol provided with meals?
Alcohol is not provided on tour, although you are welcome to bring along any refreshments you may like. We also make a stop at Rainbow Beach to purchase such items prior to heading over to Fraser Island and have plenty of fridge space for you to store it!!
Is there a lot of walking involved on tour? And do I need to bring hiking boots?
We recommend comfortable footwear on tour, yes. The most walking that is done would be for a period of 1.5 hours. All walking is done at a relaxed pace so you can enjoy the scenery along the way. Don’t want to bring a pair of hiking boots, don’t worry!
What do we do at night for entertainment?
After a wonderful day exploring the best that Fraser Island has to offer, you can unwind in some lounge chairs, relax by the fire, chill out in the games room with a cold one, play a game of card or play a drinking game….anything you’d like, we are sure to provide! We are also only a short five minute walk from Fraser Island’s beach bar! So you have the opportunity to go out and meet even more people if you choose!
Is Fraser Island dangerous?
Fraser Island can be a dangerous place but not when you’re with our expert tour guides, a guided tour is definitely the safest way to see the wonders of Fraser Island. All our guides are fully educated about Fraser’s wildlife and what to look out for to keep you safe. They are also very experienced drivers specialising in 4WDriving on rough terrain and all hold current certificates including Bus Licences and First Aid . What do I need to bring?
You need to be prepared for all weather conditions when visiting Fraser Island so it’s always a good idea to bring:
Do I need to bring any food?
Everything you need for a healthy living diet is provided from Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and fruit to nibble during the day. The only thing you need to bring is any extras you may want like sweeties or alcohol.
What wildlife will I see on Fraser Island?
You will see plenty of wildlife on Fraser Island but among the most frequent sightings are often of sharks and snakes. Fraser is home to many species of reptiles and amphibians including goannas, snakes, geckos, skinks and frogs. Some of the most famous shark sightings have been from Fraser Islands Indian Head, one of Australia’s nearest points to the continental shelf.
What if the bus I’m arriving on in Noosa or Rainbow Beach is late or if my tour bus is late to pick me up?
Never fear if your bus into town is running a little late or if we are a little late. We can be flexible with pick up times by 30 mins but if your still worried just give us a call on 1800 639 518 or text us on 0400 444 854 to let us know you are on your way and we will wait for you.
What is included in the tour price when we book direct?
EVERYTHING; food, linen, accommodation, barge fees, island access fees… absolutely everything!! The only thing you have to ask yourself is if you fancy a scenic flight with “Air Fraser” , special deals and rates apply when you book through Trailblazer Tours
